TELKOM-NO SERVICE AFTER 12 MONTHS YET I CANNOT GET A REFUND

In September last year we app**** for a fixed line to be transferred from one party to ourselves. Documents were captured manually at the Musgrave Branch and a deposit of R700,00 paid. 12 months down the line after dozens of e-mails and 2 personal visits the transfer was never done. I have now spent the last 5 months trying to get my refund from Hellcom!!! Its cost me more than R700 in calls and visits-but its public money and I must account.
