Telkom: no service after 10 years

Two things: 1. Its been 10 years of phone calls, emails, visits to Telkom outlets to get a previous pastor removed from our church account. After all this time Telkom still manages to link him to the churches telephone account. 2. I lost all my emails twice due to Telkom "upgrading" me to fibre. The service afterwards was just appallingly bad. Not even a letter of apology.
