Telkom - no service

How can you rate Telkom's service? You cannot because their is no service... I lodge a complain at 13:09 on the 2 nd Jan - adsl and line doesn't work. When I follow up on th 7 Jan with my ref nu: Just to find out my complained has been closed 42 min later on the 2 nd of Jan. ( I don't know who did it, they told me it is the system....) How is that possible??
