Telkom NO SERVICE

Our telephone lines have been down for a very long time. We can not report as nobody answers the call centre and the sms number says something went wrong. i tried to telkom chat online and spoke to a consultant Thulani and then he just ended the chat without resolving my problem. NO NO SERVICE AT ALL. I will not pay the account.
