Telkom NO SERVICE

Have been trying to cancel my landline that has not been used like forever since February. Got no response or reply from either their online "service" or call cantre. Their "service" centres just do not answer their phones, or the number does not exist...ironically. Well, they do blacklist your name due to their lack of service, and obviously as a client you are doomed. Pathetic service from a pathetic company.
