Telkom = no service

I have a Telkom Fiber line provided through Openserve. I reported a fault on 1 August 2025 and to date Telkom has been unable to resolve it. In the meantime I have to pay for a service which they do not provide and they cannot even provide an estimate when the repair will be done. Considering cancelling.
