Telkom no service

Internet service went off Saturday morning tried calling Telkom technical support 10210 choose option 3 then enter id number as required then the call gets cut. Eventually got through to the sales number 10213 and they transferred me to technical. The operator took all details supposedly did a test and advised that he is reporting it to Vuma I asked for a reference number for the call and he told me that I will receive and SMS from Vuma with the reference its now Monday morning and nothing received.

Tried the rest of Saturday and Sunday to get hold of Telkom technical support but they keep cutting the call even went to Telkom at a mall they tried and got the same result. Now I've tried again today being Monday and they're still cutting the call after you enter the id number.........
