Telkom No Service

<p>On the 15 th of Dec 2016, spoke to an agent to find out if i can make an EFT payment before my debit order day, she said i could do it so i made a payment of R355 on that day... The Friday the 23rd Telkom debited me R354.70, that same day i called Telkom and spoke to a lady who told me i need to call after the long weekend so i can get my money and it will take up to three days to receive it. i then contacted Telkom on the 2nd and now they telling me i have to wait 5-10 days to receive my money. They quick debit your account but have excuses and procrastination when you are wronged. They do not have knowledge of their products giving clients the wrong. All i any is my money back and i want it now</p>
