Telkom NO SERVICE

The sms service is horrible "Do you want to log a technical, network or billing enquiry? Simply send us an SMS to 081 180." I got a response at least and had to verify some security details, this is where the conversation went sour. I answered all the security questions and numbered them accordingly. I finally got a response 20min later, I needed to verify full email, which I alredy have. No problem I verified my email again. Another 20min later, how may I assist you?! How long should this service take, at this rate it will take the whole day!!! Pathetic!!! Is this a machine, or a consultant? Any way, one of the reasons Telkom is not on my list of network providers next time choosing, because of NO SERVICE. Not just on the client side, but general Network as well, there is mostly no coverage.
