Telkom no service

Terrible service from Telkom LTE router not able to connect internet for 5 days. I am paying for a service I am not receiving. The Telkom call centre takes 15 to 20 to just pick up the call. Asked to speak to a supervisor and for put on hold for another 5 mins. Absolutely ridiculous
