Telkom no Service!

trying to release a fibre line from Telkom - help centre useless - called direct - no it will be released - still not. Don't know who to call anymore - calling Telkom is the same as calling a Brick no response - that's if you get through after and hour if you are lucky!

2 Months now!!

Worst service in the world!
