Telkom no service

Im the owner of AJ Electrical.My business phone are dead since 14 Dec 2018. 9 January 2019 I phoned them and ask them that my phone is still dead.They say they working on the line.So I asked them to swirch off the copper line and give me a portable wire less line with my number ********** .They told me they will deliver my new phone.Its been delivered but stil not activated.Please people rather go to the cellphone companies.Ive lost all my trust in Telkom and every day Im losing money.
