Telkom NO SERVICE

I was down all night on my telkom products, even telkom call center was down I eventually got 180 but no answer I held on waiting for someone to answer over 30 minutes and put down... no answer. No WiFi no mobile no call center. Today the call center answered and their exact words were they have not been told whats going on... how do you run a business with not informing the call center on what to say to customers DO NOT USE A NEXTWORK LIKE THIS!
