Telkom no service

Terrible pathetic - no service at all. Our telkom ADSL line died almost 2 weeks ago. We reported it and I phone every day to follow up on progress. In 2 weeks NOTHING was done. Today they tell me that there's not even a technician assigned to the cable fault. Ref nr. ********** 3. And while telkom is doing nothing Im loosing money as my bussiness stands still...
