Telkom ..... No Service

I've logged a call with Telkom online for a new landline. This was 5 weeks ago ..... I've had 2 sms from Telkom stating they will install this day between 8-4pm. I took leave , Telkom did not pitch , for BOTH CALLS. I've escalated the issue 3 x now , each time they just log a new call. Nothing happens. We can't complain about Telkom's because there is NO service.
