Telkom no service

we are being charged for a whole months service after we cancelled our fiber line from telkom. Yes they said give a 30 day cancelation but why pay a 30 day cancelation if you did not even had any service for that last 30 days.

if you call in they say the calls are recorded and yet is it?

they now demand payment or they go the legal way.
