Telkom no service

Our services went down on the 14th of December 2021, after contacting the call center, where I encountered the most helpful agent, that is where the assistance ended. I logged a fault and then nothing happened further because of the Christmas season. Then services were restored apparently to our Telkom lines, but still nothing worked. After phoning the call center again we were informed that not only will our Telkom lines not be fixed, but only Fiber is now available in our area (Kriel). So we now have to do a migration, this has been going on since January 2022, with no reply or answer to any e-mails and no feedback on any updates. But every month the bill still comes through for payment.
