Telkom no service
Our daughter has been to hell and back literally with Telkom. After numerous calls and emails, the problem continues to persist with double debits to her account after changing to Telkom lite. Today she receives a message that her services will be suspended due to non payment. Really!!!!!!! She can just not come right and it is so frustrating especially when there is no end to her queries. Have all the proof of emails and promises.

15 Sept 2020, 13:34Update on my case: This is the response my daughter received today. There is just no resolution. The line has been cut. Oh hell, how do we get this sorted out. Huge amount of emails confirming they are at fault but still no resolution.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was called by a Moshe "panic" Matlala. Shame, how terrible it must be to work in service, the discontent oozed from every word spoke. "Oh, I see that one sim card has had no internet transactions". Well, yes, sir, thank you for seeing my problem! Panic then asks me for a number on the sim, to which I willingly oblidge and send. Few moments later he phones me back.
"Im escalating you tp the back office" What does that mean? File 13?
Ok, Panic, but when are you switching me back on?
"I don't know, you can ask the back office"
Ok, Panic, when can I get a refund?
"You have to pay money in to get your money back"
Uhm..... Im sorry, what? This sounds very ****my but then again, you guys have been *****ing over R900 from me since May so I guess I will let it slide.
Panic, I want to cancel.
"Yes, but there will be penalties"
Well Telkom, take the almost R4k you owe me, that should just about cover these "penalties"
Ive said it once, I will say it again and there are a chorus of people behind me that will echo this: Your service delivery is shocking.
You might get away with this with many other people but you have chosen the wrong person to refer to the "back office"
