Telkom NO SERVICE 10 MONTHS LATER!!!

I have a cell phone contract with telkom, of which is a business contract of which commenced on 20.05.2014.It is used for incomming calls and all my advertising has this number as as contact number.I ported my vodacom number to telkom at the biginning of the contract as not to loose anny old customers.On the 19.01.2015 i layed a complaint to telkom regarding there signal which is basicaly non existant in my area.They sent out someone to veryfiy the problem exists, he verified the signal strength was very poor, he said he will put the report through to the relevenp department. Ive had 3 case numbers and been to Alberton city on numorus occasios to try remmedy the problem. All i want is for them to release my old vodacom number to me because i have lost more than 30% of my advertising calls due to this, everey time i go through to see them they tell me that the case has been loged but i must re log the case, on one can tell me what is happenning all they say is log a case or the case has been esculated, the only other way is to contact a good lawyer. Its not that im trying to get out of the contract, allocate me the original number the contract came with and release my old vodacom
