Telkom No Service !!!

My telephone has been out of order for a few days .Every time we have load shedding it goes and basks weeks before it is reconnected. Of course reporting on line , by SMS and a friend calling the fault in for me but gets me absolutely nowhere. Like all services in South Africa ,Telkom service has become appalling . How difficult can be too restore a telephone land search after load shedding !!!! Ref 26CNL221122 Case No ***4
