Telkom no service.

Absolutely no service from telkom!! Past 3 months been trying to contact telkom to cancel my contract as its useless and dont need the service anymore and the contract are due for upgrade so which makes me entitled to cancel the service. Been going to Secunda branch but each time “eish we offline” been trying to phone telkom to be only placed on hold for 30minutes. This is unacceptable please come back to me to resolve this issue and stop my contract with this disgusting “service provider” (no service at all)
