Telkom no response whatsoever

Good day, I've been phoning Telkom for the past week and a half, on 10213, emailing them, going onto the Website to Chat to a Consultant, but still I did not get the help I need.

No- one picks up when calling 10213, and I am at my wits end now - therefore, turning to Hellopeter.

I need my Fixed line moved to my new Premises urgently.
