Telkom - no response, pathetic service

This is my second review and have as yet received no response. My line relocation is still reflecting on my bill when it was suppose to be free of charge. I'm being charged additional interest and after disputing it on the app as well as making phone calls, nothing has been done. Once my contract is done, im finished with Telkom and will advise anyone against using them.
