Telkom No Reaction

<p>I reside in Inchanga, KZN, there is a telkom Pole in the street ( Kingfisher Road) that has been tilting since August this year and we have reported this to Telkom on numerous occasions, all they do is give you reference numbers which are of no use anyway, the pole was ready to fall onto the road and then deny access to the residents as well as not having a phone, so we had to take matters into our own hands on Sunday and rectify the problem ourselves. Cost R1,500-00 for Tree Feller and assitance. I bet they will NEVER refund our money or answer any emails sent to them.</p>
