Telkom - no phones or internet

<p>Last week a technician was working on the box on the corner of our street and since then none of us in the whole street have phones. I have not been able to work from home - no internet no contact at all. I reported it as did other people in the street and 5 days later - NOTHING! Come on Telkom - please???</p>
