TELKOM - NO ONE CAN HELP TO RELEASE A FIBER LINE

I had a fiber line with Telkom for 2 years. Telkom just cancels the line with no communication from me. I then decide I'm going with another service provider so I am trying to release the line. I go through to the accounts department they tell me I must speak to someone in sales .... I go to sales they say I must speak to someone at accounts. No one at telkom knows how to help. You ask to speak to a manager they can't put you through to a manager they say they will put a request for a manager to call. Still no call
