Telkom no notice for Shutting down Internet

The past view months... To weeks... Days... And hours without Internet with telkom begins to be a nightmare for me as i am self employed doing business from using network and surely telkom won't be holding responsibility for my bills rent and school fees am i right well i am going to change my network. HOPE THEY WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MOST PEOPLES BUSINESSES CAUSE THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE NOTICE BEFORE THE TIME TO SAY THEY GOING TO SHUTDOWN THE NETWORK OR CHANGE IT. BAD BAD SERVICE USELESSSSSS
