Telkom no Lte internet connection

Im extremly ****ed of...about 3days back i was not able to use any internet i could not access anything i was only able to send msgs on whatsapp and that was it during the with the anytime data then when i stayed up to use night surfer it worked just perfect then by the next day at around 9 oclock the damn things stops working and then we phoned this telkom and we spoke to diffrent people on diffrent days all telling us the same **** over and over i am done removing the sim card in and out of the damn router im done hitting the pin hole reset button im dont switching it on and off im done with them telling me to put it into my phone and it still not workin,we eventually did a damn simswap then this damn things came right for 2days only and now im back to sending whatsapp msgs only i am fed up can someone tell me if there is a problem on telkoms side cause everydamn time we asked these people they say they dont have any problems on there side,can some one contact me on *** ....pls contact me as we at home cant do any work as my family has online classes and need to be online not sending whatsapp and if there is a pronlem on telkoms side pls send a god damn msg telling us whats the story and when it will be sorted out
