Telkom no line nor internet NO SERVICE Irritated beyond belief!!

<p>AT end of Feb 2017 my line went down again! no internet nor landline, I reported it to Telkom and only managed to get a reference number on 2 March 2017 after asking for 3 days. I have messaged or called and emailed every day since and received 3 escalation numbers with promises of a technician sorting out the fault, still no contact, still no replies to my emails. No tech been in touch!</p> <p>i don't know where else to go to have this resolved and I am so irritated,.</p>
