TELKOM - NO LANDLINE AND BAD SERVICE

My landline is not working. Every time that we have load shedding it stops working. I have not had a landline since Monday. I have reported it numerous times and the one technician said that he is tired of fixing it and that we should cancel our landline. That is not the attitude to have. We had another technician fix the landline yesterday and it worked, but we had load shedding again last night and so surprise - its not working again. It trips at the box where our landline goes into. ITS very annoying. Our friend who stays a road away from us, his landline also goes into the same box and he does not have a problem after load shedding.

They need to sort out a permanent solution for this. DOES TELKOM NOT WANT THE BUSINESS? WE WANT OUR LANDLINE FIXED URGENTLY. IT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE THE SERVICE THAT WE ARE RECEIVING
