Telkom No Internet or Wi-Fi

I reported my Telkom Land line thats not working for 6 days now. I don't have Internet or Wi-fi it was assigned to a technician.... but didn't get fixed. Telkom didn't forget To deduct my debit order this month. But I'm 6 days without internet. I really need my Internet for my work. Telkom is the worst company for dealing with problems or faults.
