TELKOM: NO INTERNET CONNECTION

Hi Telkom I am 7 days now without Internet connection. My Huawei B315 router is fine, the connection is fine but have no Internet connection on cellphone or TV. This is very frustating. Your call desk or walk in coudn't assist. I do have sufficient data!! My Telkom case # is: ***5. Please sort my problem. C . S.a.t
