TELKOM - no Internet connection

Worst contract experience. Greenstone Telkom assisted by Patricia My internet only worked for a week. Visited Telkom in Kempton Gate. Kat and Mxolisi assisted in calling the call centre they said it should be resolved in 48 hours. It’s been more than 10 days. I was told Patricia made an error when installing my contracts

I WILL NOT PAY THE X3 CONTRACT’s AMOUNT where by I’m not using the internet Several emails have been sent to Patricia with no response!

Kindly fix this issue.
