Telkom - no internet and no one sorting it out.

Horrible service. My internet went down on 21/03/2022 and after numerous phone calls and ticket reference numbers received and closed out I still don't gave internet. No one is sorting this out. How am I supposed to pay for a service that I am not getting? WHY?
