Telkom no internet

Since this morning I have no internet on my adsl line. I phoned telkom customer care and they said it should be an outage. I phoned everyone around me who has telkom adsl and everyone has internet but me. So how can there be only outage on my line??? I tried to phone telkom again and it said that I reached them outside working hours. My account is paid and there is an advance on my account as well. My landline is working but not internet. This is really poor service!!
