Telkom - No interest in business.

I reported a fault on our SALES telephone lines, 16 May 2018. Called many times already, just to be told, they are looking into it. Todate, no communication from Telkom. Ref: 86CRK160518. Today is 04 July 2018. What is the the problem with Telkom. Are they experiencing a strike? Are they just not interested? To make matters worse, you cannot get a credit on the account until the line has been fixed, so I have been told. In the mean time we have to transfer calls to a cell phone and pay the extra costs for that. Build a nation, this one is falling apart very fast.
