Telkom no Help whatsoever

I bought data on Sunday on the Telkom app and this service is supposed to me immediate but I still haven’t received my data or at-least my money back. I spoke Mbalentle Ngwenyana who escalated and was supposed to put me through her supervisor but the call was dropped after being transferred. *** and *** also couldn’t help. I need my data
