Telkom no help, cancel customers insurance

I have been paying insurance for over 2 years and never claimed. I gave my phone in to Telkom for rapairs after calling them to confirm that I have insurance. I took my phone in on the 15th of May after confirming with telkom and my statement I received from telkom that I have insurance and now this insurance campany says that I do not have any insurance. This is the worst company ever. Never ever take insurance if telkom offers it to you rather go with your own insurance or with a family member but never take telkom/finrite insurance. I am paying the entire time and now they don't want to fix my phone after I proved that I have insurance. On top of that, after I handed my phone in they sent me a statement where I conveniently do not have insurance. What **** is that. So they take your phone, cancel your insurance when they decide that they don't want to fix it and then expect you to pay. I wish I could give them 0 starts.
