Telkom no friend of business owners...

Telkom is unwilling to assist me to change my account from a personal account to a business account, so in other words, change bank details and change bank account details. I am told to visit a store nearby. I do not have the time you guys apparently have to go to the shops. Therefore it seems the competition is very much willing to accept me as a new account.
