Telkom no fibre

I app**** for Telkom fibre on the 2th of November 2021 and untill now have not been connected yet I keep phoning them and holding on for 15 to 20 minutes but just to be cut off the last time I actually was not cut off was 2 weeks ago and then I got told that a technition will call me before the friday to organise a day to install and till today nothing I keep sending mails and they keep sending mails back that my quiry was attended to but nothing happened I app**** for the promo they had but it looks by the time they finish installing it the promo would be finished I dont know maybe Telkom makes too much money already that they dont need more customers but its more than a month now and all I want to know is if they dont want to do bussiness with me to tell me so I can get fibre from another provider because I dont think it should take more than a month to get installation done
