Telkom no Feedback

I app**** for a LTE Broadband router with a 50Gb package on the 25th of February 2016 at Telkom Woodlands branch. The Sales consultant Danie Roos told me that they were out of stock and that the would receive new routers early the next week. He also said that he would phone me to confirm, with out receiving any response I tried numerous times to phone Telkom Woodlands Mall Branch at *** the number is always engage even at night lol. So I went there on the 2de of March where I spoke to Tumi and she informed me that they did receive the LTE routers but they are not registered on their stock yet and that she will phone me the next day Thursday the 3de of March so that I can come and pick it up. By 17pm on Thursday and with no response from Tumi or Danie Roos I tried to phone again but the line was still engaged I went there and to my surprise Danie was there and he told me that they were still waiting for the routers and promised me he will confirm with me asap.....Well today is the 7th of March with no response from Telkom!!?
