TELKOM = NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Telkom consultant Zimkhitha was not resourceful at all. I called to backlist my iPad and didn't have the cell number for the last SIM used in the device. I had to make suggestions on how she should locate my device in her system. Then I had to prompt her to check her resources...ask a supervisor... troubleshooting 101! I was on the call for over 20 mins, she put me on hold and disappeared, then returned to tell me that she is working from home I must hang up and call customer service again and try get a consultant who is in the office. SEROUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only have i lost time I won't ever get back, I don't have a resolution.
