TELKOM NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Telkom has BY FAR THE WORST systems any Business could have...

I am trying to get my cellphone line restored after a suspension, its been four working days that my money reflects on their system but i still have a suspension on my number...

No one can assist me in store, not even to talk about the useless call centre !!!

I spoke to plenty of managers and im being told the matter is out of their hands!!!

All they do is escalate the matter and nothing comes from that!!!

I wont refer Telkom to anyone!!!

Please think twice before using Telkom!!!
