Telkom - NO customer care

We had 2 Telkom lines for years Due to the bad service we have cancelled one of the lines last month an decided to keep the line ( number ) we have had for almost 30years. We can however not make calls from this instrument as it is faulty. Telkom from their side also decided to cancel our line. This was not requested at all. I have been trying to get help from their call center - phoned 7 different numbers given to me - and I am send from pillar to post No one has a clue what they are doing. And if you do get someone understanding the problem - they tell you they are offline. No customer care whatsoever. No wonder they are in trouble - they do not care about their customers.
