TELKOM - NO COMMUNICATION RE - ADSL

We have not had any postal deliveries, so no accounts have been received. NOTHING about loosing our ADSL service by end August. I need my landline, will that remain?? NO communication from them in this regard whatsoever. How do we find out what's happening.
