Telkom no communication
A total disgrace. A service provider with no service or care for their customers. Pathetic.

29 Dec 2019, 20:32I am speechless, just received a 43045_cancellation from today from some one at telkom, no number and did not use email or sms. I guess that's telkom way of telling their customers to just go if they want. Can someone please advise me on the penalties on cancelation of an account at telkom?
