TELKOM NO COMMUNICATION

Never accept a package from Telkom.. My Telkom wi-fi router was delivered to me without a connection for a cable from Mondo Mobile which is affiliated with Telkom. Package never opened and cancelled the same day of delivery and delivered to mondo mobile 2 days after, receipt of package confirmed. Telkom started debiting and never stopped even after I emailed and called them over 30 times! "Every time the reply is we will escalate the matter.....". That is if they are not OFFLINE!! I have now been blacklisted and nobody has done anything about the matter!
