TELKOM NO COMMUNICATION

Good day,

I am not very happy with the service I am currently receiving from Telkom, I phoned in to get ADSL line installed in my house and after the phone call I was happy. They told me that in the next 5 days they will come to install the line and no one has contacted me and I phoned last week Tuesday which was the 4th of December 2018 and it's now the 13th of December, surely that is more than 5 days? And there is no communication? I have no idea whats going on! And I can't get through to a customer care line. I've tried chatting with a consultant but they are no help when I asked if someone can phone me back.... I'm still waiting?? How am I as customer supposed to know when you will be coming to my house and I need to make sure someone is at home? And I expected to have my internet installed already? But if you don't want to do business you can just tell me and I'll take my money elsewhere.
