Telkom - No Communication

<p>After my last complaint of them still charging me for goods already returned, they responded only once! I no longer get a statement, but the outstanding amount still gets taken off my bank account!!! I owe them nothing, in fact they rather owe me. I paid for the whole month of February and returned the router & signed the forms on the 10th of February 2016. Their biggest downfall is the lack of communication!!! They have all my contact details, including my e-mail address, but it is asif they do not exist.....</p>
