Telkom - No Communication

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>So I logged a query with Telkom - They responded with this</p> <p>Official private business reply:<br />Hi </p> <p>Thank you for making contact with us</p> <p>please note that we tried contacting you with no luck and we sent you an email.</p> <p>We really do apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.</p> <p>Your reference number is: AI ********** </p> <p>Regards<br />Launa Molapo<br />Telkom Social Media Team</p> <p> </p> <p>After this I mailed the Reference number again...</p> <p> </p> <p>And still my internet is slow and I have not had communication back from Telkom!</p> <p>Terrible customer service here!</p>
